Marketbridge has provided the private and public sectors with expert telecommunication services since 2001. Our services include network security training and consulting. Recently, we created our own customized network infrastructure services for our clients, which include Internet and phone access.

Marketbridge now offers a new product to its corporate clientele: Real Estate Network Communications. Our services provide real estate property owners the ability to deliver real-time data and voice communications to their customers.

We build networks that are engineered to last, with future requirements in mind, such as IPTV.

YOUR ADVANTAGE

Currently, your building occupants have only four ways to access Internet resources: Dial-Up, DSL High-Speed, Cable and Wireless. Most clients are interested in High-Speed, however, the cost is normally $40 to $50 per month.

Why not offer Internet access to your occupants yourself?

Marketbridge can make it affordable AND offer a stable, proven solution. We can also re-use your existing building infrastructure to provide the physical wiring. No expensive re-wiring needs to be done (such as the installation of RJ45 jacks). We simply use the existing telephone network to piggy back special signals.

OPTIONS

Option #1: You bill your clients directly and we provide the infrastructure.

With this option, we can provide your building with high-speed access with pricing ranging from $100 to $2000 per month. What we would do is start off low (based on requirements) and build it up as more customers are added to the network.

Advantage

Your advantage is you have control over your client billing.

Disadvantage

Costs associated with service setup will be incurred by your organization. We must install special equipment that will generate and carry special signals over normal phone lines to your apartments. Property assessment must be made before we can provide any type of cost analysis.

Option #2: We bill your clients. You simply take a monthly commission.

With this option, you don't get your hands dirty. We take care of everything. You simply help us do a little bit of marketing to keep the residents informed of the services we provide.

Advantage

There is zero cost to you. You make a monthly commission off each client occupant.

Disadvantage

With this option, you take no risk and hence, there are no disadvantages to relate. Marketbridge assumes all the risk and responsibilities.
